On Saturday,  September 21st, 2024 we are asking ESOTA students and alumni to post a action shot of themselves at work, in class or engaging in some positive activity that exhibits the results of your hard work and achievements.

The caption should include:

INSPIRED BY ELITE ATHLETES LIKE SERENA WILLIAMS, LEBRON JAMES, AND GABBY DOUGLAS - WHO HAVE CREDITED DANCE WITH ENHANCING THEIR GAME - ATHLETIC AESTHETICS PREPARES YOUTH FOR EXCELLENCE BOTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD.

WHETHER IT’S ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT, TEAM INTEGRATION, OR GROUP WORKSHOPS, PARTICIPANTS IMPROVE BALANCE, COORDINATION, MINDSET, AND MOBILITY - ALL WHILE BUILDING CONFIDENCE AND CREATIVITY.
