ATHLETIC AESTHETIC BRIDGES THE GAP BETWEEN SPORTS AND THE PERFORMING ARTS BY OFFERING DANCE AND MOVEMENT-BASED TRAINING TO YOUTH ATHLETES. INSPIRED BY ELITE ATHLETES LIKE SERENA WILLIAMS, LEBRON JAMES, AND GABBY DOUGLAS - WHO HAVE CREDITED DANCE WITH ENHANCING THEIR GAME - ATHLETIC AESTHETICS PREPARES YOUTH FOR EXCELLENCE BOTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD.

WHETHER IT’S ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT, TEAM INTEGRATION, OR GROUP WORKSHOPS, PARTICIPANTS IMPROVE BALANCE, COORDINATION, MINDSET, AND MOBILITY - ALL WHILE BUILDING CONFIDENCE AND CREATIVITY.
